EMI Product Loss

Every day the EMI - Product Loss module reports plant losses to anyone in the company with a Web browser. The gallons or pounds that  you paid for but did not make it into the packaged/shipped product is displayed  right on your Product Loss home page.  The software displays the top five places in your plant that are the top loss contributors.  When those top five reasons are taken care of, the vast majority of plant get get eliminated. Watch each day to make sure the average loss graph continues to drop. Every day, every piece of equipment in the plant is reconciled to what it received, retained, and released.
