EMI Cheese Yield
Cheese manufacturers have helped Vigilistics design a make report that helps our customers decide what to change as each vat is being made. At the end of each vat day, the EMI Cheese Yield module automatically graphs the total theoretical yield against the actual weight of the cheese blocks made. A simple click shows the details of each vat that contributes to the day’s totals. Totals of milk and milk components, starter, and rennet are identified. The pounds of fat, solids, and protein are shown. Each formula can be visibly adjusted to suit the method your corporation uses for cheese yield analysis and costing.
